What We Offer
At Strong Aerial Fitness we offer aerial circuit and aerial hammock classes. Additionally, the Strong Aerial Fitness Experience offers small class sizes, a slow and mindful progression, aerial variety, and a safe and comforting environment.
What Is Aerial Fitness?
Aerial fitness incorporates elements of acrobatics and aerial arts into a fitness routine. It involves the use of suspended equipment such as aerial silks, aerial hoops (also known as lyra or aerial rings), aerial hammocks, and trapeze. Aerial fitness classes are carefully designed to improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and overall body conditioning.
