Welcome to the world of Aerial Circuit, a dynamic workout that combines the fun of aerial arts with the intensity of a circuit training session. This high-energy class is designed to challenge your body, boost your strength, and enhance your overall fitness levels.
During the Aerial Circuit class, you’ll transition through various stations, including some combination of aerial hammock, silks, trapeze, and lyra. Each station in the circuit is strategically designed to target different muscle groups, ensuring a comprehensive and effective full-body workout.
All Levels Welcome! Whether you’re a seasoned fitness enthusiast or new to the world of aerial arts, Aerial Circuit is designed to accommodate all fitness levels. Our instructors will provide modifications and progressions to ensure that everyone can participate and enjoy the class to the fullest.
Aerial Hammock
Aerial Hammock offers a fun introduction to the world of aerial arts using the versatile and supportive hammock. Throughout the class, you’ll learn a variety of tricks and maneuvers, including inversions, wraps, drops, and flows. Our instructors will guide you step by step, ensuring that you build a strong foundation while gradually progressing to more advanced techniques. As you practice various tricks, you’ll notice a gradual improvement in your upper body and core strength, as well as an increase in overall flexibility.
The intricacies of aerial hammock tricks demand a high level of concentration and focus. Through this class, you’ll develop mindfulness, mental clarity, and a heightened sense of body awareness, which can benefit other areas of your life beyond the studio.
